Refund and Cancellation Policy

At CyberiLabs, we strive to provide the best quality services to our customers. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to request a refund or cancel a service. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

 

Refund Policy:

1. Course Refunds:

  • If you wish to request a refund for a course, you must do so within 10 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the course must not have been accessed or completed.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Refunds may take 10 business days to be credited back to your account. 

 

2. Service Refunds:

  • For services like consulting or cybersecurity assessments, refunds may be requested within 10 days from the date of purchase.
  • If work has already commenced on the service, a pro-rated refund may be issued based on the work completed.

 

3. Instructor-Led Workshops and Training:

  • Refund requests for instructor-led workshops or training sessions must be made at least 10 days before the scheduled start date.
  • After this period, no refunds will be granted.

 

Cancellation Policy:

1. Course Cancellations:

  • You can request the cancellation of a course within 10 days from the date of purchase.
  • A cancellation fee may apply, and the remaining course fee will be refunded.
  • Once a course has been accessed or completed, it cannot be canceled.

 

2. Service Cancellations:

  • For consulting or cybersecurity assessment services, you may request a cancellation within 10 days from the date of purchase.
  • If work has already commenced, a pro-rated fee may be retained based on the work completed.

 

3. Instructor-Led Workshops and Training:

  • Cancellations for instructor-led workshops or training sessions must be made at least 10 days before the scheduled start date.
  • Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
